The route survey is where moves are won

- Turns and grades: swept-path geometry at the tight corners, and the lease-road culverts that decide oilfield moves.

What is a route survey and why does it matter?

A line that needs raising or a bridge that forces a detour is a plan item, not a roadside emergency.
Can buildings move at night or on weekends?
